Welcome to Sunny Sands Resort

Sunny Sands held its grand opening in April 1963. Though there have been a few changes throughout the years, one thing has remained constant - Sunny Sands is and always has been a family-oriented, clothing optional resort. Though we are nestled in the fern fields of northwest Volusia County, Sunny Sands is within a reasonable driving distance from Orlando, Jacksonville, Ocala and Daytona Beach.

Sunny Sands is 42 acres of natural Florida beauty. With a permanent mobile home community, rental units, full RV hook-ups, tent camping sites and daily visits available, we offer something for almost everyone. From a round of golf to a dip in the pool. Stretch out in the sun or nap in the shade. Stay for a day, a weekend, a season or for good.
