            Information Needed:

1. Arrival and departure dates.

2. Number in party.

3. Type of reservation.

Deposits: Deposit amount is 25% - A deposit must be received within Ten days or a

                 credit card with the expiration date.

Cancellations: There is a 48 hour cancellation notice.

                                       NO SHOW FEE - equals one night stay or all deposits.

RENTAL UNITS: Air conditioned units are one bedroom and bath with a full kitchen and living room.

All linens, dishes, color TV with cable included. All units are Non-Smoking. No pets are permitted in the rental units.
