All Rental Units are Air Conditioned with 1 Bedroom, Bath, Full Kitchen and Living Room. All linens, dishes, color TV with cable are included.

RESERVATIONS: Telephone between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. or send by mail to Sunny Sands Please give the exact arrival and departure dates, number in your party and AANR number. During some holiday week-ends a 3 night minimum may be required
NO SMOKING OR PETS IN Rentals (you can smoke on the outside decks of each unit) .

Deposits: we must receive a deposit and credit card will be charged for first night.

Cancellations: will require 48 Hour notice.

 
Rates: our rates are per couple, or family including children under the age of 18 years. Extra adults will be charged appropriate grounds fees and $10.00  overnight charge

Checkout Time: 12:00 NOON : in order to prepare the room for the next party, it is important that you vacate the room by this time. you are welcome to spend the rest of the day on the grounds at no charge.

Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M. or earlier if the unit is ready
