*The monthly rate does not include electric. Electric is metered and usage is charged at the current

electric rate. The current rate is $0.12 per kilowatt hour, but the rate is subject to change.

RESERVATIONS: Telephone between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. or send by mail to Sunny Sands Please give the exact arrival and departure dates, number in your party and AANR number. During some holiday week-ends a 3 night minimum may be required

Deposits: we must receive a deposit and credit card will be charged for first night.

Cancellations: will require 48 Hour notice.

Rates: our rates are per couple, or family including children under the age of 18 years. Extra adults will be charged appropriate grounds fees. all sites are metered
